Ventilators are used to generate a continuous supply of 'fresh' outside air whilst simultaneous extracting ‘dirty’ space air in commercial and residential buildings.

This continuous replenishment of the space air ensures good indoor environmental quality and helps satisfy local ventilation codes.  Whenever building design does not permit the use of centralised ventilation then individual ventilation units should be used.

SPC DERV

SPC DERV units represent a significant advance in ventilator technology. Not only do SPC DERV units incorporate Heat Recovery Heat Pipe heat exchangers but Heat Pipe assisted cooling coils are also included to offset both sensible and latent ventilation gains. 

Only by utilising this technology can the ventilator generate supply air at a temperature and humidity suitable for supply direct to the space.
